Statewide Workforce Coordinator
Carol is the Statewide Workforce Coordinator for the HealthCARE Montana grant, a three-year grant designed to bridge the health care worker skills gap by connecting job seekers with training opportunities ensuring academic success and credential attainment that ultimately leads to gainful employment in the health care industry. She was previously employed at the MHA: An Association of Montana Health Care Providers as the Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Grant Director and at Mountain Pacific Quality Health as a Project Coordinator. Carol graduated from Carroll College in Helena, MT with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management. She is a Registered Health Information Administrator and has been an active member of the American Health Information Management Association since 1999. Carol also has a BS degree in Foods and Nutrition from North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND.
She shares her Helena, MT home with her husband Rod and two lazy cats. Hobbies includes gardening, bird watching, yoga, hiking, skiing and just about anything outdoors.
